Terms of Service

1. Service. Keystone Pro Station Tools licensing is provided by Cetus Inertia (“we”, “us”). These Terms govern access to the license portal and issuance of Workbench machine licenses.
2. Eligibility. You may request a license only for an email address we have authorized and only within the seat limits assigned to that account.
3. Acceptable use. You will not share claim links outside your organization, attempt to forge host IDs, reverse-engineer license signatures beyond verification, or abuse the portal (automation, scraping, or denial-of-service).
4. Seats & machines. Each active seat binds to one Workbench host ID. Re-downloading for the same host does not consume an extra seat; additional machines require available seats.
5. No warranty. The portal and licenses are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cetus Inertia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the licensing service or licensed software.
7. Suspension. We may revoke seats, disable emails, or suspend access for abuse, non-payment (where applicable), or security risk.
8. Records. Acceptance of these Terms (and the EULA) is recorded in an append-only ledger linked to your license account for audit purposes.
